Honey Dijon Baked Salmon Recipe


4 Salmon Fillets, four to six oz. each
3 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice (about ½ of a large lemon)
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to taste
