Honey Dijon Baked Salmon Recipe

4 Salmon Fillets, four to six oz. each
3 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice (about ½ of a large lemon)
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking dish with cooking spray (or brush with olive oil). Place salmon in the baking dish.
  2. Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour over salmon, being sure to brush the sauce to evenly coat the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Be sure to spoon some of the sauce over the salmon when serving.
