Baked Coconut Shrimp Recipe


Ingredients

½ cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup Coconut milk
One pound large shrimp 16-20
½ cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes see notes
3/4- 1- teaspoon salt adjust to preference
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Optional:
  • Pineapple marmalade dip

1 cup pineapple marmalade
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Sriracha Dipping sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
