1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 (2 lb.) head Napa cabbage, quartered lengthwise & thinly sliced
½ tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari(for gluten free)
Salt and pepper, to taste
