Nutella Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts Recipe


For the Nutella Doughnuts:
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
3/4 cup warm full-fat milk (110° to 115°)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 cup Nutella, whisked smooth
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 cups Crisco Vegetable Oil, for frying

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
