1 cup powdered sugar , divided
1 cup heavy whipping cream

FOR THE GANACHE:
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 (6 ounce) container fresh raspberries
